the Tin Men

Cincinnati, 1965-6

The Tin Men were a short lived group from Cincinnati. They recored a 45 on Saxony. The songs were written by Paul Trefzger and Frank Moe, two of the three principals for the label.

The record came out a few months after Saxony's biggest hit, "Tears Come Tumbling" by the Teardrops. The 45 probably didn't get a lot of promotional push.

There are a couple mentions of the group, performing in 1966.

"Rolling Stone" was later recored by Phil Gary.
