Richard Messer and the Question Marks

There is little known about this band who made one teen garage for the Adco subsidiary label Cincy.

Richard Messer was from Cincinnati and led a band called the Galaxies in 1966, a different band than Jerry Kay and the Galaxies.

He is also credited on a 1968 Adco 45 by Taylor Smith (that's Smith, not Swift), probably the guitartist.
