Toledo, early 1960s

The Splendors seem to have been a vocal group. They had one 45 on the C-Way label, related to the JRE label from Toledo.

The group is backed by the Outlaws, and was recorded at Ohio Recording Service as the house producer Harry Hinde is credited as producer and co-writer. Other writers names are Ward, Green, and Williams

Discography:
Greyhound / TV Feen - C-Way no #
There is a number 228 in the dead wax which fits with the JRE numbering. Also the number SS2091 is on the record, that is the mastering number for Stereo Sound in Chicago, where the record was pressed.
