Sixth Street Burden / Mantissa

Barberton, 1969-72

Sixth Street Burden did a good business for after prom parties when they were together, along with gigs at top Akron clubs like Ramon's. They also played the Longhorn and Opera House in Cleveland.

The band included Dave Lawson, formerly of the Sabers. 

The band name was changed to Mantissa for a few months in early 1971 but that doesn't seem to have lasted. No known recordings.
