Scratch

Cleveland, 1971-2

Scratch was a studio band project from Cleveland assembled by Mike Mann, formerly of the Mike Mann Outfit, and Joe Brosta. Besides Mann, the other musicians included Gary Lesher on bass and Joe Carbone on drums. The name Wininski is also on the label. The recording was released by Cleveland's Edcom label.
