Youngstown?,  1959-60

The Monarch were an R&B vocal group. They recorded one 45 on Liban, was a classic doowop sound. Originally we thought they were from Cleveland but we believe they were more likely to be from the Youngstown area. There is nothing about them in the Cleveland newspapers.

Otherwise, we don't know much about them
