Me and the Other Guys

Cincinnati, 1966-7

This band was made up of University of Cincinnati students. Rob Hegel, formenly of the Bittervetch, was going to school when he joined the band. They weren't together for very long, it seems.

The band connected with Cincy producer Gordon Neal and recorded a couple of Rob's songs at King. Both songs were written by Rob when he was in the Bittervetch and recorded by that band, although unreleased until the 2000s. The 45 was issued on the one-off Hinda label.
