Connie Austin

The story on Connie Austin is pretty vague to us. It seems like she was another singer discovered, or brought to King by Charles Spurling. 

She appears to have recorded only one 45 under the name of Connie Austin. She certainly made the most of it, recording the hard driving attitude soul blaster "She Made A Mistake" backed with "Ball Of Fire". "Ball of Fire" was later recorded by Marva Whitney.
