Magnetic Recording

Columbus

Magnetic Recording was Columbus's second most productive studio behind Mus-I-Col. Magnetic recorded many rock-n-roll and soul groups in the early-late 60s. Magnetic also had on-site mastering and pressing capabilities, but they seemed to be for in-house recordings and did not do outside 'custom' pressings.

Magnetic existed into the 1980s, but we believe they stopped recording bands in the mid 70s.
