A popular garage combo that was formed from local teens who attended Black River HS. Additional details can be read from a Web site, www.es-shades.com, run by former guitartist Cat(hy) Rood (Fissel). Bassist/founder/lead singer Mark Lance and drummer Richard Carmichael (the drummer on their 2nd 45) were members of Canyon in the mid-70s.
