Detsiny was owned By Robert Sellers and run from a location in downtown Lorain that was shared with WWIZ Radio. Most of the records were recorded at Audio recording, except for Lee Rand's "Today's Lament" which was recorded at Bell Sound in NYC (and the Royal Notes who recorded at Athena). Sellers was also a radio personality on WWIZ where he was known as Bob Jeffries. Lee Rand was involved with the label as well.
Larry Lee and Andy Wilson were Canadian acts that were recorded when they played engagements in Lorain.
