Cleveland, 1967-72?
The Clique seemed to have an early participant in the "lounge band" scene, playing more upscale clubs and lounges in the greater Cleveland area.
The band released at least two 45s, all recorded at Cleveland Recording, and using the custom label name L.A.M.E. Someone finding the records hoping for hard rock or funk might say the name describes the music, as the sounds are jazzy pop. Possible band member names are L.J. Salvatore and Jack Harvey. More info would be welcomed.
