Bobby Jay and the Castaways were one of the early West Side rock-n-roll bands. They were more greaser than British sounding but like most West Side bands played a set that included a variety of styles.
The band included Jerry and Bob Bruno, who are legends in Cleveland music. The Castways were their first active band. Other members included Jerry Zimmer. They did not do any recording.
